Yuba City man found stabbed in Marysville

A Yuba City man was hospitalized early today after he was found lying on a Marysville street with neck lacerations, police said.

Shawn Wishteyah was found at 2:47 a.m. in front of 725 Sixth Street, Marysville police said.

Wishteyah was taken to Rideout Memorial Hospital. Information on his condition was not immediately available. A hospital spokeswoman said she could neither confirm nor deny that Wishteyah was a patient.
