The mother of a man seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident is pleading for the responsible motorist to come forward.

"I would ask that the person who did this come forward and take responsibility," said Kristina Cobb, mother of Earl John Alvarez. "Please do the humane thing. What we are looking at right now is not humane. No humane person would do this."
