Teenage boy who disappeared in Yuba City is located

An at-risk teenage boy who disappeared this morning has been located, Yuba City police said this afternoon.
Police got a call at about 9:02 a.m. about the 17-year-old, who was last seen in the area of White Rock Drive and was headed toward Shanghai Bend and the levee.
An extensive search was conducted in the area by police, which included use of a California Highway Patrol helicopter near the river. Neighbors in the area were contacted as well.
Somebody spotted the teen near Laurel Drive, officials said, then called the Sutter County Sheriff's Department.
