Trio arrested at Lazy Corral
Two Corning men and a woman from Portola were arrested at a Fig Lane trailer park at 3:10 p.m. Saturday after Corning police served a warrant.
The warrant was for James Andy Stone, 27, for violating police release community supervision.
Officers said when they arrived, Stone fled into a trailer where he remained barricaded for several minutes as police spoke to him by telephone.
Police reported Stone voluntarily came out of the trailer and peacefully surrendered himself. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail on suspicion of post release violation and held without bail.
While at the trailer park, police said they found Juan Ramos Perez, 41, to be in possession of 1.1 grams methamphetamine and a glass meth pipe. He was booked into the jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $16,000.
Officers also arrested 38-year-old Kristie Gonzalez and booked her into the jail on two warrants out of Plumas County. Her bail was set at $10,000.
