DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jason Dale Knorr, 36, of the 7100 block of Barrow Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:40 a.m. Dec. 16 at Butte House and Tierra Buena roads. He as booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Frank Joseph Cronin, 53, of Lucerne, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 16 on northbound Highway 99, south of Arbuckle. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

FELONY ARRESTS

• Darrell Joe Wright, 60, of Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:50 p.m. Dec. 16 in the 10800 block of Highway 99 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and an illegal weapon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Keith Allen Brolliar, 38, of the 1400 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:43 a.m. Dec. 17 in the 1400 block of Garden Highway on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of ammunition by a felon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Manuel Anthony Ortega, 43, of the 1400 block of Countryside Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:35 p.m. Dec. 16 in the 10000 block of Highway 99, Live Oak, on suspicion of possession of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Krysti Marie Merklin, 21, of the 500 block of Winslow Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:20 p.m. Dec. 16 at WinCo, 1350 Franklin Road, on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jocelyn Anne Shackelford, 18, of the 600 block of Eighth Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:15 a.m. Dec. 16 at Wal-Mart, 1150 Harter Parkway, on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Christopher Brett Powell, 27, of the 1800 block of Turin Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:05 a.m. Dec. 16 in the 400 block of Almond Street on suspicion of attempted robbery and battery causing serious bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
