Briefs: Clubs invited to Youth Fair
Local nonprofit youth athletic, academic and artistic clubs are invited to promote their activities during the Youth Club Fair planned at the Yuba Sutter Mall in Yuba City.
Applications are being accepted through 5 p.m. Monday. Forms can be picked up at the mall management office or by calling 755-2500.
The Youth Club Fair is set from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Jan. 19. The mall is at highways 99 and 20.

Buy tickets to spaghetti dinner
Tickets are available for the Friends of the Yuba-Sutter Fair Foundation's benefit spaghetti dinner and auction.
The fundraiser is at 6 p.m. Jan. 19, with a live auction at 7 p.m., at the fairgrounds' Expo Hall, 442 Franklin Ave., Yuba City.
Dinner tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 11 years and younger.

Unity March planned Jan. 19
The Yuba-Sutter community is celebrating the 15th annual the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity March and Birthday Celebration on Jan. 19.
The event starts at 10 a.m. at the Yuba County Courthouse, 215 Fifth St. in Marysville, and ends at Crossroads Community Church, 445 B St. in Yuba City.
Yuba-Sutter Transit is providing transportation.

Senior Center sets month's activities
A dance at 6 p.m. Friday is one of several activities set this month at the Yuba City Senior Center at 777 Ainsley Ave.
Admission is $6 per person plus a snack to share.
Activities include:
• "Living with a new joint" class at 10 a.m. Jan. 17.
• Free blood pressure check at 10 a.m. Jan. 17.
• A sneak peek at trips coordinated by Collette Travel at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23.
• Tracing your history, with genealogy and memoir writing, at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
In addition, the senior center hosts a variety of classes such as yoga, body toning and ceramics, with various prices, and weekly bingo games.
