Lions host annual public speaking contest
Elizabeth Williams, 17, accepts a $100 check from Casey Dunning of the Chico Lions Breakfast Club after winning the student speaker contest Saturday for the northern zone of California Lions Club's District 4, which includes the Willows, Red Bluff and Hamilton City clubs.
