Former airman in murder case gets 20 years to life
William Vincent Silliman is escorted from an apartment complex in the 1200 block of East 22nd Street by members of the Marysville Police Department following a homicide on Arthur Street in Marysville on Saturday, Dec, 31, 2011. Silliman was later arrested and booked into the Yuba County Jail on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
