Tough year for toy donations in Yuba-Sutter
Nate Chute/Appeal-Democrat California Highway Patrol officer Jodie Beck helps sort toys that were donated to the CHiPs for Kids program in the agency's briefing room in Yuba City on Thursday, December 13, 2012. The program had toys covering all of the tables in the room last year according to CHiPs for Kids senior volunteer Helen Dodson, a quarter of what had been donated up to this date last year.
