Tehama County District Attorney investigators conducted a parole search on Tuesday on the 6600 block of Dream Valley Road, Red Bluff, the result of a weeklong undercover operation involving the sales of marijuana.They found approximately 50 pounds of marijuana and 21 marijuana plants. Arrested were Arlita Anne Wayman, 57, and Bret Alan Phillips, 59, both of Red Bluff. They were booked into the Tehama County Jail on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, and Phillips had an addition of a parole violation. The marijuana had a street value of $70,000 and the plants would have yielded an additional $60,000.
