Corning resident, 52-year-old Kenneth Blane Eden, has been charged with felony assault with a firearm by force likely to produce great bodily injury, criminal threats, and two counts of felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, with a special allegation of use of firearm attached to each charge, as the result of allegedly holding his long-time girlfriend at gunpoint in their Stanmar Drive home on Nov. 16 and being in a standoff with police.
