Starbucks snuffing out smoking outdoors

Courtney Williams, 18, of Live Oak has a cigarette, while on her break from Togo's, on the north side of Starbucks patio at Gray and Colusa Avenues in Yuba City. Beginning June 7th all California Starbucks will implement a non-smoking policy that will apply to their patios as well as all outdoor areas of the store.
