Three careers coming to end at Williams CHP
Lt. Jim Epperson, far right, will say goodbye to three veterans of his Williams CHP office today. Officer Bill Cobb, second from left, is retiring after nearly 29 years – more than 19 locally – while Kent Rockerstein, by hood, leaves after nearly 24 years – 20 of those in Williams. He was the auto technician. David Dawley has been the janitor at the CHP office for three years.
