Monck honored for service
Orland Mayor Wade Elliott presents Kristine Monck and her children, Kelly and Nathan, with a certificate Monday night honoring her late husband, Steven S. Monck, for his service to Orland and Glenn County. Monck died unexpectedly Aug. 8 while still serving on the Orland Economic Development Commission.
