The digital monitor shows the Sacramento River level at slightly above 63 feet at about 11 a.m. Friday. State and county officials expect the river level to rise and fall with the current storm, but do not expect it to reach the 64.2 feet it hit over the weekend. The flood stage is 70 feet.
