About 120 people came together as part of Yuba City Helping Area Neighborhoods Develop Successfully's (HANDS) third annual neighborhood revitalization project on Reeves Avenue in Yuba City on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Volunteers helped with a number of projects, including installing a fence, painting homes and fences, and planting magnolia trees along the street's sidewalk.
