Donald “Shortstack” Oliver, 58, who lived in tents in the former Hollywood trailer park for the past three years, recently moved into a trailer secured by Marysville city employees next to the historic Marysville City Cemetery. Oliver will serve as a volunteer watchmen for the site, which saw spikes in vandalism over the past year.
