Time change for Blazers game

The Lindhurst High varsity football game scheduled for tonight against visiting Encina will start at 5:30 p.m. after Encina canceled its JV team.

Wrestling

Sutter selling See's Candies

The Sutter High wrestling team is selling See's Candies for its fall fund-raiser.

It will offer mini boxes as well as 1- and 2-pound boxes of assorted chocolates. Prices range from $5 to $30. Deadline for taking orders is Nov. 17, so the candy can be delivered in time for Christmas. To place an order, call Gina Garcia at 751-9612.

Lacrosse

Chiatku slates meeting Monday

The Yuba City Chiatku Lacrosse Club will hold an information/registration meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in the Gray Avenue Middle School gym.

Ella Elementary tourney set

Ella Elementary School will hold its first golf tournament for Shady Creek Outdoor School on Sunday at Plumas Lake Golf Course.

Tee time is 10 a.m. for the four-person scrambles event. Cost is $65. To register call 741-6124.

Indians to hold alumni game

The Marysville High boys basketball program will hold its first alumni game at 6 p.m. on Dec. 20.

Cost to play is $25. Alumni who graduated in an odd year should call Pete Hall at 870-1184 and alumni who graduated in an even year should contact Dave Ellyson at 743-6783.
