President Obama on the Situation in Libya

Feb. 23, 2011 - The President says that his Administration and the international community are united in their insistence that Libya refrain from using violence against its citizens.

He also says that his Administration is monitoring developments throughout the Middle East and is working to help Tunisia and Egypt peacefully transition to democratic governments.
