A Mount Shasta snowboarder knows what it feels like to be buried alive. The man fell into a tree well while snowboarding at the Mount Shasta Ski Park. After he fell, the snow quickly filled the hole. He survived and caught it all on tape.

Cassy Rowe, a beautiful 16-year-old girl, had a freak accident while playing a soccer game on Aug. 16, 2008, and broke her neck. Her fifth vertebra was crushed, leaving her a quadriplegic.
