FELONY ARRESTS

Ashley Elysse Alderman, 31, of Orland was arrested by an Orland police officer Oct. 28 on East Street in Orland on suspicion of threaten to commit a crime and other charges. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $159,000 bail.

Jesus Apolinar Nazario, 38, of Orland was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 26 on Highway 99 in Orland on suspicion of attack with a deadly weapon and other charges. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $35,000 bail.

Daniel Montalvo Gomez, 32, of Orland was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 26 on Sycamore Street in Willows on suspicion of failure to obey a lawful order of the court and other charges. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $52,000 bail.

Shannon Marshall Rupert, 48, of Orland was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 26 on A Street in Orland on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Dale Edward Taylor, 57, of Orland was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 26 on A Street in Orland on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, violation of probation and failure to obey a lawful order of the court. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $70,000 bail.

William Era Lee McCardle, 41, of Orland was arrested by an Orland police officer Oct. 25 on Newville Road in Orland on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving known stolen property, and other charges. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $28,000 bail.

Luis Gaspar Alvarez, 21, of Orland was arrested by a Glenn County probation officer Oct. 24 on Walker Street in Orland on suspicion of felon in possession of a firearm and violation of probation. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $30,000 bail.

Logan Jennings Smith, 31, of Willows was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 24 on West Wood Street in Willows on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant and willful cruelty to child. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $7,000 bail.

Christopher Dunham, 53, of Willows was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 23 on Tehama Street in Willows on suspicion of violation of probation. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Javier Valdivia Lopez, 65, of Orland was arrested by an Orland police officer Oct. 29 on Walker Street in Orland on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $6,000 bail.

Marcell Eugene Williams, 43, of Willows was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 28 on Plumas Street in Willows on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $6,000 bail.

James Afro Madsen, 62, of Orland was arrested by an Orland police officer Oct. 27 on Chapman Street in Orland on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $6,000 bail.

Fernando Rosales Mercado, 22, of Orland was arrested by a California Highway Patrol officer Oct. 27 on County Road P near Orland on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $3,000 bail.

Hugo Enrique Vazquez, 28, of Orland was arrested by a California Highway Patrol officer Oct. 27 on Highway 32 in Hamilton City on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $3,000 bail.

Narciso Garcia, 39, of Willows was arrested by a Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Oct. 23 on Laurel Street in Willows on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on $3,000 bail.
