Police Blotter: January 4, 2023

Grace Hill, 53, of the 2700 block of Fir Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 7:47 p.m. Jan. 1 at Fir Street and Dee Ree Avenue, Live Oak, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that is not a firearm. She was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Dario Guerrero Ramirez, 35, of the 900 block of East Carson Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 10:58 p.m. Jan 1 at the 10000 block of State Highway 99, Live Oak, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant involved in a dating relationship. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

David Martinez, 31, of the 1400 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 5:27 a.m. Dec. 31 at his own residence, on suspicion of vandalism ($400 or more). He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Moninder Gill, 36, of the 1000 block of Portola Valley Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 6:38 a.m. Dec. 31 at his own residence, on suspicion of vandalism ($400 or more). He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Cesar Galindo, 45, of the 200 block of 17th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:57 p.m. Dec. 31 at the 1700 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, on suspicion of grand theft (money/labor/property). He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Adam Kaufman, 32, of the 1300 block of Ramirez Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:04 a.m. Jan 1 at Bridge Street and University Avenue, Yuba City, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon with force likely causing great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Isaac Lopez, 28, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 30 at the 400 block of North Palora Avenue, Yuba City, on suspicion of vandalism ($400 or more). He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Kayla Rigsby, 24, of the 300 block of McRae Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department  at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 30 at the 300 block of McRae Way, Yuba City, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant involved in a dating relationship. He was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

DUI ARRESTS

Cristal Lopez-Anderos, 27, of Roseville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:12 a.m. Jan. 1 at State Highway 99 southbound at Catlett. She was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Cassie Baker, 27, of Fresno, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9 a.m. Dec. 31 at Orchard Street and Park Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail. 

Leonardo Cortez Angel, 69, of the 600 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:24 p.m. Dec. 29 at Perry Avenue and Plumas Boulevard. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
