It was an offensive slugfest all day for the Sutter High junior varsity baseball team on Monday as the Huskies blew out Woodland Christian 13-5 and Inderkum 19-3 to advance into the semifinals of the Marysville tournament. Sutter (17-1) will play the host Indians at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Marysville High. 

Sutter 13, Woodland Christian 5

Patrick O’Neal finished 3-for-3 with a couple RBI and a double, Landon Cooper and Wyatt Prather each tallied a scoring double to lead Sutter to the double-digit win over Woodland Christian. 

Sutter 19, Inderkum 3

Gaven Gardner struck out eight in five innings and went 4-for-4 with two RBI at the plate to pace the Huskies past Inderkum in the nightcap. O’Neal finished 4-for-5, while Cooper went 2-for-5.
